Meanwhile, these are a few of the items in your house that you could never live without, and if you have quality fixtures, then it can greatly affect the way you enjoy showering, shaving, and other activities in the bathroom! There are times when the faucets need to be replaced, so here are a few observations to consider…

Is it time for your Shower and Bathroom Faucet to be Replaced

How Is the Water Flow? When there is a buildup from minerals found in tap water, this can substantially decrease the water flow, which will affect the way you enjoy a shower, or even a simple face washing. These problems can be caused by calcium, lime, or other chemicals from treatment plants. These deposits can clog up your faucet pretty badly, over time, and cause the water flow to be low or intermittent.

Are There Any Leaks? Check all around the shower and bath faucets for any evidence or signs of leaks. Is there discoloration along the tub or the shower enclosure? That could be caused by a leak. Are there any signs on the floor? A leak can actually cause water to eventually damage the floor. If your tub has a rear access panel, you should use a flashlight to check for any signs of water around the faucet area.

Are There Any Cracks or Breaks? Are things starting to break off from your faucet? This could be caused by work out parts, or things that have broken from being exposed to leaking water. Are the compression rings cracking? Is the valve sending water between the shower and tub? Can you see any visible signs of cracks on the faucet? Replacing your shower and bath faucet at the first signs of any cracks or breakage will help save you money in the long run! You can visit wholesale-faucet where they have the greatest selection on the greatest of faucets!

Are You Remodeling? If you are going to remodel your bathroom, renovate, or even build a whole new “spa-like” bathroom, then you will certainly be replacing your shower and bath faucet, as well as some other fixtures.
