Messe Frankfurt, organiser of the world famous ISH brand show for the heating, air-conditioning and sanitation industries has announced a strategic partnership in China with Beijing B & D Tiger Exhibition Co Ltd to co-organise the region’s biggest heating, air-conditioning and sanitation exhibition. As a result, から 2011, ISH China and the China International Heating, Ventilation & Air-conditioning Expo (CIHE) will be merged together to form a new integrated platform for the industry.
The first joint-venture show will take place 3 – 5 行進 2011 at the China International Exhibition Center in Beijing. It will be known as ISH China & CIHE – China International Trade Fair for Heating, Sanitation and Air-Conditioning and will be an annual event.
Commenting on the agreement Mr Richard Li, Deputy General Manager of Messe Frankfurt in China said: “It makes good sense for both parties to merge their expertise and resources to form a landmark show for China’s heating, air-conditioning and sanitation industries. This new show will attract more exhibitors and covers a wide product range. This is welcomed by manufacturers, ディストリビューター, buyers and industry associations as there will now be a single sales and marketing focal point for the fast-growing industry. This will be of tremendous benefit to our exhibitors.”
Mr Li Hongbo, General Manager of Beijing B & D Tiger Exhibition Co Ltd added: “The co-operation between the two organisers will offer an important information exchange platform for the international and domestic heating, air-conditioning and sanitation sectors. The new fair will be a significant exhibition for the industry. We will work with Messe Frankfurt to upgrade the show quality by expanding exhibitor recruitment, visitor invitations, market promotions and onsite services. I believe both the exhibitors and visitors will benefit from being able to participate in this biggest ever HVAC and sanitation show in Asia.”
Exhibition space for the 2011 edition of ISH China & CIHE is expected to be 52,000 sqm, spanning 11 halls to accommodate more than 700 exhibitors. The increased exhibitor number has resulted in a change of venue to the China International Exhibition Center.
The new show is part of Messe Frankfurt’s architecture and technology fairs, headed by the biennial ISH event in Frankfurt taking place 15 – 19 行進 2011. For more information on ISH China, please visit www.ish-china.com.
